Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Echo Catalogue website operated by Echonomics AI ("Echo," "we," "our," or "us") at echocatalogue.com. By accessing or using the Catalogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the Echo Catalogue

Echo Catalogue is a curated discovery platform and storefront that sells products directly to consumers, including physical goods and subscription-based products. Checkout is handled securely through Stripe's payment infrastructure. Echo Catalogue also white-labels certain branded product lines (such as URSA™) sold exclusively through this platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site and place orders. You may create a free account at echocatalogue.com/account/register to track orders, manage subscriptions, and access your purchase history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

All product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Order fulfillment — packing, shipping, and delivery — is handled by Echo Catalogue and our fulfillment partners. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or issues with your order.

By completing checkout, you enter a purchase agreement with Echo Catalogue / Echonomics AI. Echo is the seller of record for all transactions processed on this site.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you provide payment information at checkout, that data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Echo Catalogue does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Additional methods may be available at checkout. All prices are displayed in US dollars.

5. Subscription Services

Echo Catalogue offers subscription products, including the URSA™ monthly box and individual supplement subscriptions ("Subscription Services"). By enrolling in a Subscription Service, you authorize Echo Catalogue to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5a. Billing & Auto-Renewal Disclosure

IMPORTANT — AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription price then in effect on your billing date each month. We will send a reminder email before your first renewal.

• Your first month is billed at a discounted rate as displayed at checkout
• Subsequent months are billed at the standard subscription price
• Billing occurs on the same calendar date each month
• You will receive an email receipt after each charge

5b. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

• Online: Sign in to your account at echocatalogue.com/account, navigate to Subscriptions, and click "Manage" or "Cancel"
• Email: Send a cancellation request to support@echonomicsai.com with your order number and email address

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. If you cancel after your billing date, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

5c. Subscription Modifications

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5d. Free Trials & Introductory Offers

If a Subscription Service includes a free trial or introductory discount period, we will clearly disclose the trial length and the price you will be charged at the end of the trial at the time of enrollment. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. This disclosure is made in compliance with the FTC's Negative Option Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 425, as updated effective 2024).

6. Returns & Refunds

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, visit echocatalogue.com/help/returns or email support@echonomicsai.com.

Certain items — including opened consumables, perishables, intimate apparel, and digital goods — may be final sale. These are marked on the product page. Subscription boxes that have been shipped are non-refundable; however you may cancel future renewals at any time.

7. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute catalogue content without written permission
• Interfere with the site's operation or impersonate Echo or another user
• Submit fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or false return claims
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional pricing or subscription discounts

9. Intellectual Property

The Echo Catalogue name, wordmark, logo, site design, and all URSA™ branding are owned by Echonomics AI. Product images and descriptions are used with appropriate permissions. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted content without prior written consent. For IP concerns, contact legal@echonomicsai.com.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Catalogue is provided "as is" and "as available." Echo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any product listing or other content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the relevant transaction.

11. Third-Party Services

The Catalogue uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Shopify (product catalog infrastructure), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Echo is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Catalogue after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or a banner on the site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
